Imaging Table Technical Service in the USA & Canada
Requests for field service support on IDI imaging tables can be placed by simply calling IDI Customer Service.
In the USA and Canada, warranty and post-warranty field service for IDI imaging tables is provided by our Field Service partner, Medical Equipment Repair Associates (MERA®), a biomedical service provider with over 75 offices and 350 service engineers across North America.

Monitor Suspension System Service in the USA & Canada
IDI monitor suspension systems are serviced by the independent x-ray dealers and major imaging companies who sold and installed the IDI product.

Technical Service Outside the USA & Canada
Outside the USA and Canada, technical service on IDI products is provided through the major imaging company or independent dealer that sold and installed the product.
