IDI MAKES RENTING EASY
1. Start by submitting a rental quote request.
2. Send us a purchase order for the number of months of product rental, which includes the freight charges stated in the rental agreement.
3. You will receive an invoice for the first month’s rent, a required down payment for the second month’s rent, and the total freight costs as outlined in the rental agreement.
4. Once we receive your payment, we will arrange for your rental shipment.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Rental Term and Fees
Vendor agrees to provide the equipment and accessories identified in the rental agreement for a minimum rental period of three (3) months at a rate of $4,000 per month.
A $4,000 refundable deposit is also required. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period after the equipment and accessories have been returned and inspected by the Vendor for damage and/or excessive wear.
- Acceptance and Pre-Shipment Payment
Upon acceptance of the Vendor’s rental quotation and receipt of a valid purchase order from the Renter covering the entire rental amount, the Vendor will invoice the Renter for all required pre-shipment funds and prepare the equipment and accessories for shipment.
The following amounts must be paid in full to the Vendor before the equipment is shipped:
- First month’s rental fee: $4,000
- Refundable security deposit: $4,000
- Freight costs to the Renter’s location
- Return freight costs to the Vendor’s location at the end of the rental period
- Applicable installation and training fees identified in the rental quotation
- Remaining Rental Payments
After the initial payment, all remaining monthly rental fees are due Net 30, with payment due on the first day of the month stated on the applicable invoice. - Damage or Loss
Upon delivery, the Renter assumes responsibility for the equipment and accessories. The Renter is responsible for any damage to, or loss of, the equipment or accessories resulting from misuse, negligence, or damage caused by the Renter, its employees, representatives, or associates. The Renter agrees to pay the applicable repair costs or replacement value for such damage or loss. - Failure to Return Equipment
The Renter must return all equipment and accessories to the Vendor at the end of the agreed rental period. If the equipment and accessories are not returned at the end of the rental period, the Renter will be required to purchase the equipment and accessories at the purchase price specified in the rental quotation agreement. - Purchase Option at End of Rental
If the Renter elects to purchase the equipment and accessories at the end of the rental period, 75% of the rental fees paid will be applied toward the purchase price. Freight, installation, and training fees are excluded from the amount credited toward the purchase price. - Ownership
Throughout the rental period, and until the equipment is purchased in accordance with the terms of this agreement, title and ownership of the equipment shall remain solely with the Vendor. - Insurance Replacement Value
